Kristin serves as Worship Leader and Promotions Director at New Life Christian Center in Lancaster, Ohio. In 2005 she graduated from Indiana Bible College with a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts and Music and in 2007 from Liberty University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in International Business. In 2014 she graduated as Dr. Kristin Keller from the Institute for Worship Studies with a Doctor of Worship Studies Degree. Kristin is a ~ worship leader ~ vintage junky ~ closet nerd ~ forever student ~ writer ~ designer ~ and a hyphen!
Mathias lives near his childhood home in the Milwaukee area and serves as Creative Director at Parkway Church in Oak Creek, WI. Most days you can find him slinging coffee for his favorite customers at Starbucks or calmly celebrating creativity in the world. Although it comes in at a close thirteenth, cheese is not his favorite Wisconsin food.
Miquel serves as the Director of Marketing and 20Somethings at Infinite Church, a church plant in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio. She works for Dublin Dental Care as the Marketing Coordinator in Dublin, Ohio. In 2011, she graduated from THE Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. She is a bookworm, dog mom to Webster, coffee connoisseur, red velvet queen, apple enthusiast and lover of Hyphens!
Dinah was raised in Turlock, CA where she works in ministry at her local church. She is the Hyphen leader at her church and serves as the Hyphen Director for the Western District. Her passion is to help Hyphens know the Bible and to find their place and personal ministry within the kingdom of God. Dinah received her Bachelor‘s and Master’s degree at CSU Stanislaus where she works as a program coordinator. Books and coffee are two of her favorite things.
Travis Worthington is the founding and Lead Pastor of The NoVa Church in Arlington, Virginia. A chronic enthusiast for the work of God, he is an avid reader, bible study teacher and blogger. Trav passionately serves as the Virginia District Youth Secretary. In 2009, he pioneered a monthly conference call, Inspire, that equips and impacts Youth Workers. Trav and his wife Amber reside in Washington, DC, Metro.
Kelvin Shaw serves as Ontario District Youth Secretary, and Director of Ministries in his local church, Stittsville UPC. Kelvin has over ten years of ministry experience serving his local church in variety of leadership roles as well as the Ontario District where he has served as Sectional Youth Representative, Hyphen Director and LTC Ottawa Instructor. Kelvin is married to his beautiful wife and best friend Symone and they are proud parents of Micah and Kaleb. He has a business and entrepreneurial background and holds a BA in Political Science from Carleton University. Kelvin is passionate about preaching and teaching the Word of God and leading youth & young adults to reach their full potential in Christ.
Philip’s life has been intertwined with entrepreneurship, ministry, and service from the start. He is co-founder of IMPACTJUNKIE (https://impactjunkie.co) and The Great Pitch venture competition (coming to North American Youth Congress 2017). He currently serves as USA regional director for Hyphen and is on a mission to support entrepreneurs and change-makers striving to make a difference in their world.
Josh Carson joined the General Youth Division in the fall of 2013. Before coming to St. Louis Josh served on staff in Tallmadge, OH and also as the Ohio District Youth President. Josh has now served in youth ministry for over sixteen years. Josh is honored to be an Ordained UPCI minister and is extremely passionate about leading this generation of Apostolic Youth to reach the world! Josh met the "love of his life" Rachel while attending Indiana Bible College, and they have been married since 2002. He LOVES being dad to his amazing four children, Canan, Carver, Kadynce, and Casen. Josh enjoys reading, writing, spending time outdoors, running, Mexican food, and more than anything, wrestle time with the kids. The motto at the Carson house is, “these are the best days of our lives.” Currently he is pursuing his Master’s Degree at UGST.
